Buffalo Psychiatric Center is a 156-bed adult behavioral health facility providing a collection of inpatient, outpatient, residential and vocational services on campus. O’Connor Mechanical Corp. provided services for the the replacement of four (4) chillers located on the roof of Building 62 at the Buffalo campus. Our work also included chilled water system; pumps; hydronic piping; HVAC systems and equipment; HVAC instrumentation and controls; HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing; building; automation system; mechanical connections to equipment, chillers, steel walkways, structural steel, equipment supports, and selective demolition.
